Online appointment booking for a network of dental clinics, with SMS reminders that cut no-shows and a calendar for each doctor.
This is a concept project: a realistic brief I planned and designed to show how I work. It does not describe a past client or claim client results.
The brief
Receptionists book every appointment by phone and patients often forget to come. The brief: let patients book online in their language, remind them by SMS, and give each clinic one shared calendar instead of paper.
Approach
- 01Booking rules stored per doctor: working hours, procedure lengths and buffers between visits.
- 02Two SMS reminders with a one-tap confirm or reschedule link.
- 03Admin calendar syncs both ways with Google Calendar, so doctors keep using the tool they know.
