This is a concept project: a realistic brief I planned and designed to show how I work. It does not describe a past client or claim client results.
The brief
Agency owners track invoices in spreadsheets and only notice late payments when cash runs short. The brief: a simple product to create invoices, send automatic reminders and forecast income from open invoices and retainers.
Approach
- 01Laravel API with queues for reminders and PDF generation, React frontend with optimistic updates.
- 02Multi-tenant data model so every agency's data is isolated at the query level.
- 03Forecast built from plain rules the owner can understand, not a black-box model.
